DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

2 night deposit (Low Season) 2 night deposit (High Season) will be guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge.
Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge.

Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty.

The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 24 and Jan. 2.

DEPOSIT GUARANTEE
Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. There are NO booking or cancellation fees. Directions To Property

From Kahului Airport: Exiting airport from Dairy Road. Turn left onto Puunene, which turns right into Mokulele Highway 350. At the end of Mokulele Highway, after the traffic light and stop sign, turn left onto South Kihei Road. The Maui Lu is about a mile down the road on your left.
