DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
All other Properties (excepting the Palms)
2 night deposit (Low Season) 2 night deposit (High Season) will be guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge.
Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge.

Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty.

The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 24 and Jan. 2.

DEPOSIT GUARANTEE
Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. There are NO booking or cancellation fees. If you wish to make a reservation or simply require availability or other information, please fill out the Reservation Form , without obligation, or send us an E-Mail, in order that we may serve you better. Directions To Property
From Kahului airport: Turn left onto Kuihelani Highway 380 towards Lahaina.
Turn left onto Honoapiilani Highway 30. Travel north for about 45 mins to an hour. You will pass Lahaina town and Kaanapali. After you pass the car rental companies, take a left at the next traffic signal. The Paki Maui is about 1/3 miles down the road.
